Ingredients:
1 each Egg Yolk
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
2-3 tsp Lemon Juice or Vinegar
2/3 cup corn oil (Or Olive Oil if you Prefer the taste)
To Taste Salt and Pepper
2 tsp boiling water

Procedure:
1. Whisk the eg yolk with the mustard and lemon juice in a stainless bowl until well blended.
2. Add the oil one drop at a time as you stir with a whisk. Once a third of the oil has been added, add the rest in a slow steady stream.
3. When all of the oil has been incorporated, season to taste with salt and pepper and whisk in the boiling water to stabilize the mayonnaise.
